Warranty

Every Haftavani watch comes with 2 years of an international manufacturer’s warranty.
 

As part of this International Manufacturer’s Warranty, an authorized Chrono service center will perform service and repair work on your Haftavani watch.

The following events are not covered by the warranty:

• Damage caused by external influences, natural disasters, accidents (blows, shocks, etc.)

• Theft, loss, etc.

• Damage due to incorrect handling or incorrect use of the watch

• Wear due to normal use and aging of the watch.

• Damage caused by tampering with the watch by a retailer, distributor, or service center not authorized to service Haftavani Brand.

• The warranty does not include parts such as the glass, the battery or the strap.

• Repairs must be executed by one of our certified repair centers. 

• The warranty only applies to products that are purchased on our website Haftavani.com or through one of our authorized sellers.

• The warranty guarantees for the conformity of all Haftavani watches with EC directive 89/336 & standards EN 50081-1 and EN 50082-1 (Jan 1992) regarding electromagnetic compatibility.

The following points must be considered:

• Always have the crown screwed tight before going into water.

• Do not operate chronograph pushers under water or in wet conditions.

• Leather wristbands are not suitable for water as they may discolour or deform. Rubber straps or steel bracelets are recommended if your watch will be in or near water.

• Magnetic fields or extreme temperatures: Strong magnetic fields from magnets or electronic devices can affect the accuracy of your Haftavani watch. The same applies if the watch is exposed to very low temperatures (below 0 C°) for a longer period of time. However, it should be noted that these low temperatures are hardly attainable when the watch is worn on the wrist, due to body heat.
